Seminar: “How Krav Maga saved my life”
On Saturday, February 16, 2019, MagaGYM will invite Mr. Julian Littleton (described as Julian) as a lecturer and hold a Krav Maga seminar on “How Krav Maga saved my life”. This is the first “Krav Maga Lecture”, not a training (workout) session at MagaGYM.
Julian has been engaged in Israeli Defense Forces since 2003. (Currently reserved duty soldier)
In his career, he had been confronted with dangerous situations that threatened his life so many times. But, Julian says, he could have survived and accomplished his mission safely, because of the discipline that he has learned from Krav Maga.
The spirit that he gained through Krav Maga training has saved his life even when he was in the face of danger.
(The second person from the left in the back row is Julian. He is a very friendly person. He frequently trains at MagaGYM with other students! )
In this seminar, titled “How Krav Maga saved my life”, Julian will talk about “What is Krav Maga“, with his real experience.
Julian will talk about his own experience, however, he doesn’t want you to think this is the discipline applied only for soldiers. This lecture can be a benefit for everyone who is seriously thinking about possible danger you may encounter in daily life.
He will talk about the mindset that is necessary to overcome a possible danger under sudden threat and stress.
That is the most important concept of Krav Maga, so we would like all of MagaGYM students to join this seminar!!
We will welcome every MagaGYM students to join this seminar, regardless of experience or level. This seminar is designed for every student who is seriously thinking about self-defense.
Don’t miss this great opportunity for you.
We look forward to seeing you at this seminar!!

How MagaGYM met Julian
Julian has moved to Tokyo in October, 2018, because his wife is Japanese.
He heard that there was a Krav Maga gym here in Tokyo, and thought that was interesting, and then visited MagaGYM.
He decided to joined MagaGYM and started training here with MagaGYM students. He is enjoying our classes for mainly fitness purpose.
At the same time, he kindly offers to share his experiences, techniques of Krav Maga, and all his knowledge for MagaGYM instructors. He says he is willing to be of any help for us!!
Julian is so friendly and nice guy that he often talks about his past experiences in the field including what he learned from Krav Maga.
What we heard from him was surprisingly AMAZING. We didn’t want to keep it only among instructors and staffs. We really wanted to share this valuable opportunity with as many MagaGYM students as possible, so we decided to hold this seminar.
We do hope you enjoy the seminar with Julian!!
